What is CaseFlo?

CaseFlo is a HIPAA-compliant surgical case management system designed specifically for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) residency programs. It helps residents and faculty track surgical cases from initial consultation through completion.

Is CaseFlo HIPAA compliant?

Yes. CaseFlo is built with HIPAA compliance as a core requirement. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, and automatic session timeouts.

How do I get access to CaseFlo?

CaseFlo access is managed by your program administrator. If you're a resident or faculty member at a participating institution, contact your program director or admin to request access.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. You'll receive a secure link to reset your password. For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! CaseFlo is available as a native iOS app. Download it from the App Store to access your cases, tasks, and team communications on the go.
